Bio

David Kermaani was born in Los Angeles, California, grew up in Silicon Valley, and currently lives in New York City. He graduated with a degree in economics from the University of California at San Diego and has spent his entire professional career in consumer electronics including founding a startup, working behind a retail counter, and managing a team of field sales managers. As a technology insider, Kermaani shares his vision of what the future will look like. His writings are fun, light, but insightful. He's also involved in the startup scene, both as an adviser and an investor. 10% of the profits from all his books are donated to Girls Who Code -- a charity tasked with closing the gender gap in technology.
